Alexiss Trudeau, DVM

Dr. Trudeau was born and raised in Grand Blanc, MI.  She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, where she earned her Bachelor's degree while playing collegiate soccer.  She went on to earn her Master' s degree in Veterinary Biomedical Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Lincoln Memorial University in 2026.  After graduation, she joined Briarwood, where she is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care to pets and their families.

Her professional interests include soft tissue surgery and client education.  She strives to build lasting relationships with her clients and patients while creating a safe, welcoming environment where families can feel confident their pets are receiving care as if they were her own.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Trudeau enjoys spending time outdoors, especially at the family's cabin in Silver Lake and along the Lake Michigan shoreline with her two rescue dogs, Saige and Ivy, who are truly her pride and joy and frequent stars of conversation with her clients.  She also enjoys running, hiking, hot Pilates, training for marathons, and spending time with family and friends.
