Joe Hendricks, DVM

Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, Dr. Joe attended University of California – Irvine and University of California – Davis. Prior to entering UC Davis’ School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Joe graduated from Veterinary School in 1982 and moved to Owosso, MI with his wife, Susan (who is also an animal practitioner), where he worked in a mixed animal practice for seven years.

In 1990 Dr. Joe and Dr. Sue opened Briarwood Veterinary Hospital in Grand Blanc. Dr. Joe and Dr. Sue have two girls, Kristen and Katie. Dr. Joe also lives with two cats – both orphans at one time that Dr. Sue hand raised, and a black Labrador retriever named Raven.
